Just recently we buzzed about the casting possibilities of SISTAR’s Hyorin, 2AM’s Jinwoon, and actress Kang So Ra (Sunny) in the upcoming youth drama ‘Dream High 2’, but the one who first officially confirmed the casting in the drama is none other than T-ara’s Jiyeon.
The drama deals with the students at an art school who work hard in development of their singing, songwriting, and dancing skills while also overcoming harsh realities in order to achieve their dreams of becoming idol stars. So, it’s really good to have Jiyeon onboard since nobody would portray better than the actual idol stars, moreover she has bagged enough experiences in acting field as she played in some dramas (such as ‘Soul’, ‘God of Study’, and ‘Jungle Fish 2’), horror movie ‘Death Bell 2’, and cameos in ‘High Kick through the Roof’ and ‘Miss Ripley’.
Now, we only have to wait whether or not those three other stars mentioned above join Jiyeon in the idol cast line-up. What do you think? Do you also expect them to get onboard as well? Or do you have any other idols in mind that you hope to star in the drama?
‘Dream High 2’ is scheduled to premiere on January 30 of next year.
