Finally, actress Kim Ha Neul has made her final decision to take the leading lady role in the highly-anticipated drama ‘A Gentleman’s Dignity’ which will allow her to co-work alongside A-lister actor Jang Dong Gun.
It’s a new project from the notable team, PD Shin Woo Chul and writer Kim Eun Sook, who previously co-worked in some hit dramas, such as ‘Lovers in Paris’, ‘On Air’, and ‘Secret Garden’, and with the fact that this will also mark Jang Dong Gun’s first drama in 12 years, it’s been attracting much attention and increasing the expectation.
The drama will cover the ups-and-downs story of a group of 40-something good-looking, single men in leading their romance lives. Jang plays the role of Kim Do Jin, the head of a construction company, known mostly for his incendiary vicious tongue, while Kim takes the role as his counterpart, a firm, determined-yet-warm-hearted woman named Song Yi Soo, who works as a high school ethics teacher as well as an amateur baseball umpire on the side.
‘A Gentleman’s Dignity’ has also attached the names of Kim Min Jong (Athena) and Kim Suro (God of Study) in the cast lineup. It plans for May release.
